Susan MusyokaSusan, founder and lead counsel at Gallant Law & Associates (GLA), is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of expertise in commercial transactions, dispute resolution, corporate governance, regulatory and policy compliance, and strategic legal advisory. A graduate of Nagpur University and the Kenya School of Law, she is a Certified Company Secretary, Data Protection Officer (PECB), and holds advanced certification in Intellectual Property (WIPO).
With a distinguished career as Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs at the Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA), Susan managed legal and regulatory matters for 54 factories and subsidiaries, leading compliance initiatives and high-stakes negotiations. She has also held key roles at Telkom Kenya Ltd, KCB Bank Kenya Ltd, and Kioko, Munyithya, Ngugi & Co. Advocates, gaining extensive experience in litigation, risk management, and corporate law.
At GLA, Susan leverages her broad expertise to deliver tailored legal solutions, ensuring clients achieve compliance, minimize risks, and protect their interests in an evolving legal landscape.
