A graduate of Nagpur University and the Kenya School of Law, she is a Certified Company Secretary, Certified Data Protection Officer (PECB), and holds advanced certification in Intellectual Property (WIPO).
With a distinguished career as Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs at the Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA), Susan managed legal and regulatory matters for 54 factories and subsidiaries, leading compliance initiatives and high-stakes negotiations. She has also held key roles at Telkom Kenya Ltd, KCB Bank Kenya Ltd, and Kioko, Munyithya, Ngugi & Co. Advocates, gaining extensive experience in legal advisory, litigation, risk management, and corporate law.
